For those that have engaged in the "pick me" dance do you ever feel like you were the fallback plan or not the first choice? If so how do you cope with those feelings? How were you able to put the pain of an affair behind you and move forward with the relationship knowing that trust, love and loyalty have been betrayed? Was it worth it?
